The 25th Edition · Amnesia Ibiza · 07.10.26
A stake in the Oscars of dance music — a twenty-five-year, non-pay-to-play institution at the centre of a $17bn global industry, scaling from one Ibiza night into a worldwide circuit of marquee events. Year-five revenue of £5.69m and EBITDA of £1.45m across six events, sponsorship reaching £1.6m, dividends from 2028, and a targeted £15m exit benchmarked against recent consolidations of dance-music IP.

01 — The idea
Dance music has no shortage of marketing-led popularity contests. It has one prize decided by a Grand Jury of fifty-plus industry leaders and a global public vote, with no paid categories and no pay-to-play — and it has been that way for twenty-five years. That heritage is the barrier to entry. It cannot be bought and it cannot be built quickly, which is exactly what makes it valuable in a $17bn global industry short of authentic, data-rich cultural institutions.
The brand has been under-monetised for a quarter of a century. It produced one night a year, sold sponsorship against that one night, and left the other eleven months on the table. The vote, the archive, the winners, the broadcast and the hospitality were all compressed into a single evening in October.
02 — The calendar
From 2027 the awards become a programme. Four owned events a year, each selling its own tickets, sponsorship and hospitality, all pointing back at the ceremony in October.
February · Rome
Chairman's
Handover
Invite-only, in the Orient Express first-class lounge at Roma Termini. The outgoing Grand Jury Chair hands to the incoming one, back to back until 2am.
May · Rome to Venice
The Legends
Tour
A touring first-class rail programme on the Orient Express La Dolce Vita, headlined by the Hall of Fame. Recurring, high-margin, aimed at the ultra-high-net-worth market.
July · Ibiza
Nominees
Yacht Party
Nominations announced and voting opened from the deck of a 270ft mega-yacht off Ibiza old town, in front of 250 of the industry.
October · Ibiza
The
Ceremony
Amnesia. Red carpet, gala dinner, an immersive four-act show, the awards, then the winners playing the after-party on the Terrace.
03 — The model
Sponsorship, scaling to £1.6m a year by 2030. Hospitality — tables, rooms and experience packages sold on a ladder that only ever goes up. Ticketing across the ceremony and the after-party. And broadcast and content, produced with YouTube as official partner. Production cost does not scale with the number of events, because the format, the brand and the show template are already built and paid for.
Delivery of the 2027 events programme; the launch of DJ Awards USA in Miami; production deposits and territory set-up costs; the digital platform and archive; and the working capital required to run two events in a single year for the first time.
04 — Rewards
Every tier is priced above what the equivalent product sells for — nobody gets anything cheaper by investing than by buying. Every tier includes everything below it.
01
£250,000
The Legends Tour
The Legends Tour for two, Rome to Venice aboard the Orient Express La Dolce Vita. Two seats at the 2027 awards, two at the yacht party, and the stage at Amnesia to present an award, live.
One only
02
£100,000
The Founder Table
A founder table of ten at the 2027 dinner — your own table, your own guests. And your name on the founding backer list, carried across the three-year residency.
Two only
03
£50,000
Rome
Two places at the Chairman's Handover in the Orient Express first-class lounge at Roma Termini, and two places at the 2027 awards.
Six only
04
£25,000
The Weekend
Two seats at the 2027 dinner and two at the yacht party. And your name permanently in the DJ Awards archive.
Eight only
05
£10,000
The Yacht Party
Two guest-list places at the Nominees Yacht Party — nominations announced and voting opened from the deck, in front of 250 of the industry.
06
£5,000
The Dinner
One seat at the gala dinner, on a founder table. And your name in the broadcast credits, live to ninety countries.
07
£1,000
The Balcony
One place at the 2027 awards, on the balcony, with an open bar and canapés — and the after-party once the ceremony ends.
08
£500
The After-Party
Guest list for two at the 2027 after-party — the winners back on the decks until six.
Cumulative
Each tier carries everything beneath it. The exception is £250,000, which has its own award seats rather than the founder table.
On stage
Presenting an award exists at one tier only. There is one of it, and it is not repeatable in any later round.
Rewards or relief
Rewards are elective, chosen when you invest. Backers claiming tax relief take the shares without the rewards — receiving value can disqualify a claim.
05 — Global expansion
We are deliberately bypassing the saturated European market. The format travels to where dance music is growing fastest, produced to the same standard, under the same twenty-five-year name.
